Spanish courses and DELE exams

DESCRIPTION

 

 

 The Diplomas in Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) are official qualifications accrediting the degree of competence and command of the Spanish language, awarded by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education.

 

The King Afonso Henriques Foundation is one of the Examination Centres for DELEs in Portugal.

 

 

 INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION

 DELE Diplomas are internationally recognised and enjoy great prestige among public and private educational institutions and authorities, as well as in the business world and among chambers of commerce.

 

 

They are a guarantee in the assessment and evaluation of knowledge of the Spanish language.

EXAMINATION LEVELS

At FRAH Language Center / DELE Exam Centre in Bragança, you can take the following levels recognised by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

  • Level C2 gives you sufficient linguistic competence to be able to cope with situations requiring a high level of language use and knowledge of the cultural habits that express themselves through language.
  • Level C1 provides evidence of sufficient linguistic competence to express yourself clearly and without having to limit what you want to say. The candidate has a good command of a broad lexical repertoire, including idiomatic and colloquial expressions.
  • Level B2 provides evidence of sufficient linguistic competence to function in ordinary situations in everyday life, in normal communicative circumstances not requiring specialized use of the language.
  • Level B1 corresponds to sufficient linguistic competence to understand and react appropriately to the most common situations in everyday life and to communicate desires and needs in a basic way.
